In 1999, Tom Hillgrove founded Rink Management Services. It is now one of the country’s most successful – and largest – ice rink management companies, with facilities covering the whole country. Due to the company's success in the ice rink industry, Rink Management Services now handles all types of recreation facilities from sports complexes to turf fields to aquatic centers.
